LETTER FROM GODWIN, HEAD CLUB PROFESSIONAL

Dear Club members

Our performance players are making great progress, as our all our Junior members.  However, there is still some way to go to achieve the overall playing standard that befits a Performance Club. 

I am constantly on the lookout for committed Juniors to join the club and would hope that club members also take responsibility for encouraging young players to join Beaconsfield.   Our coaches who train the club's Junior and Intermediate players are dedicated to help them enjoy the game and improve their tennis skills. 

We are in need of more volunteers from the parents and members of the club to organise Junior club activities.   This is a very important task and the more helpers we have, the more enjoyable and rewarding the outcome.  We would like to see all our Juniors to be striving to become potential performance players.

And to all our senior members, don't forget that we offer coaching programmes to everyone in the club, of all ages and ability.   Perhaps you want to sharpen your volleys, practice your ground strokes or put more zip into your serve, whatever your need, contact BSLT on 01494-674744 for a lesson or two to get you in the swing for the summer season.
