We now have 3 mixed teams in this league. A special thank you to Ollie Atkins who made his ‘debut’ aged 15 for the Farnham Common league replacing his dad (Mark) in both 2nd and 3rd team winning matches. The 1st team, captained by Diedre Cope, started with a closely contested match against GX Bull Lane which resulted in a draw. Wins over Stoke Poges and Penn and Tylers Green then stood us in good stead. Ladies availability was good, but it was a mixed season for the men, with both Jonathan and Andrew Hales injured in turn – best wishes for a speedy recovery!
